I’m a D cup, and I only wear a bra when I feel it’s absolutely necessary. Times it is not absolutely necessary include checking the mail (on the other side of my apartment complex - I drive to the mailboxes) and taking out the trash. I have also gone to places like Wal-Mart wearing a hoodie over my shirt in lieu of a bra under it. ---

36B, so I usually wear a padded bra to make myself look more proportioned (broad shoulders and big rib cage), but I used to go with only bandaids on the nipples under sheer dresses but now that I’ve got my nipples pierced, it kind of requires some more coverage. Also, if I was sitting on my arse at home, I’d go down to the shops (300m) in trackies, a shirt and a jersey. ---

My “no bra” range is about the same as my “wearing just a robe or jammies range”: anywhere on our property and anywhere on most property where I am a houseguest. 36DD ---

I’ll just say I’m small. Doesn’t matter whether I’m packin’ a brassiere or not, you ain’t gonna see anything 'cause it ain’t there. I wear a bra to work though because it just seems odd not to. ---

OK, enough of this hijack, back to letting other women talk about how far they will go without their bras. ---

My wife is on the smaller side, so she’ll definatly be around the house without one. Occasionally out in public in one of those tank top things. Even though I keep telling her they gape way too much. Sure you’re nipples don’t show through, but since she’s only 5’ tall, any guy that’s taller than her gets a nice view. _shrug_…I don’t really care all that much though. I mean…they’re just boobs. Hell you’d be hard pressed not to see boobs if you spend any time online at all. Oh, but to echo what one doper lass said, while I can’t speak for every guy, I do notice if a woman is braless, or if her nipples show through, or if she’s in some semi-transparent top where her bra shows through, or if she’s wearing thongs, what color they are (if she stoops or bends over), just about everything. It’s like that a predator that can only see you if you move. It only takes a couple of seconds, but I’m pretty much going to notice every one of those details if they’re visable. And talking to my guy friends, it’s pretty much the same for them. So if you’re ok that I’m going to give you the “once over” then it’s all good. But don’t go out in public with your girls all visible, then get outraged when I notice. ---

All the way out, when I feel like it (PMS can make bras chafe) or with the right outfit. And anyone who wasn’t aware previously that I owned nipples needs to stop getting anatomical info from airbrush-happy sources like Victoria’s secret. Also, air conditioning lets me peek at guys’ headlights all the time! ETA: Women don’t get outraged when men notice them. Women notice things all the time. Sometimes we check out men’s asses and packages. We just don’t gape, ogle, point or yell out ‘Hey, nice junk!’ (well, not unless we’re drunk) ---

Hell, half the time we kind of secretly like it coz it makes us feel desireable and attractive. The women who wear tops with bras that leave their boobs as chin rests and then get snotty with someone who can’t make eye contact with her needs a head check. They’re boobs. They’re nice. It’s natural to look at them. Just as long as they don’t do the eyebrow raise ‘hey baby’ thing. ---
