In my experience woman are VERY horny. At least as horny as men, if not more. It takes different things to turn them on compared to men, but women, especially when it’s “that time of month” are randy as hell. Unfortunately they’re not allowed to be obvious about it or they look slutty, and guys suck at picking up on cues a chick is horny so girls end up going home frustrated a lot haha It’s rough for them…imagine being hungry but not being able to tell anyone you want food and hoping someone will realize you’re starving and offer you food. I’ve met women with low sex drives, but the ones who are legitimately low sex drive are pretty rare, especially when single and in the 18 - 35 range. A lot of girls who think they’re low sex drive have simply not had good sexual experiences or have a lot of repression holding them back from really enjoying sex (like they were brought up to believe only sluts like sex and it’s a dirty thing to masturbate etc.) so it’s, understandably, not something they really crave. That’s not to pooh-pooh girls who legitimately have a low sex drive. That’s a definate thing…but it would surprise guys how rare it really is and that a lot of girls they date or are married to with low sex drives just have low sex drives for THEM. - TWTTWN ---

This thread makes me laugh. According to men I know well enough to discuss this type of thing, I have an unusually high sex drive for a woman, but according to this thread, I’m pretty normal. Most nights, I’d rather have a quickie than nothing, no matter how tired I am. Kinda pretty much want it all the time. Usually a couple of times a day. Morning sex is the best way to wake up in the world. Outside of a quickie, I am more than willing to tell my man what I want and how I want it, and he is more than willing to oblige. We have great communication, and some pretty dirty conversations, both in and out of bed. 🙂 There are a few things that I haven’t tried and am not willing to do, but everything else is fair game. And I don’t even have to be drunk for those things. I’m 32. I don’t live with my boyfriend, so I make use of personal time a few times a week. Just the same, I make sure I rock him on the nights we spend together. The personal time doesn’t do anything for how much I want him, and I like to make sure he knows it. And comes back for more the following week. 😉 ---

When I’m in a relationship? All of the time, ideally sex several times a week. When I’m not in a relationship? I’m lucky that it doesn’t bother me (too much, other wise I’d crack and climb the clocktower :D). I’ve always been that way, even when I was much younger and supposedly hadn’t hit that middle-aged “peak” yet. It reminds me of a cute joke. It’s great that some women have a great libido, but the varied answers proves itself. Women, as it seems in everything, are more complicated and varied. Therefore, women and mens’ sex drives are different. Men are like a truck and women are like the space shuttle. Both get you from point A to point B, but a truck is easy to maintain… Studies say men think about sex about 3 times an hour every hour when they are awake. And as long as it works (thank you Viagra), men can have sex when sick, angry or tired. They can have sex with women they hate, an X, or even ones they really don’t respect. Some men even prefer women they don’t respect or don’t have emotional ties with. Men will pay for sex, beg for sex, and lie and say I love you for sex. They will have sex with a pizza, a vacuum cleaner or the worst I’ve heard a tree (don’t know how). And even if a man is “not in the mood”, just touch it and see what happens… (just an aside, there is a joke - the only woman a man doesn’t want to have sex with is his wife.) That said, maybe, women give sex to get love, and men give love (or power and money) to have sex. ---
