Until I met my current partner, I had never had an orgasm from purely PIV with no other stimulation. I’ve only had one orgasm from missionary with no other stimulation. I still like it though- I like the closeness and the ease with which I can get him off. I just don’t go into it expecting to come, but usually he takes care of that beforehand if missionary is what he’s craving at the moment. I find it easiest to orgasm with me on top, and you still get the fun of face to face/eye contact/etc.

Missionary style lets the woman thrust also, then draw back a little, repeatedly, thereby “milking” her partner. Best kegel exercise I know. Preferably done while soul kissing.

Orgasm isn’t usually reached in this position but did trigger the only vaginal orgasm I’ve ever had.

That detail is a noticeable omission from the question. People enjoy sex acts that are, empirically, unlikely at best to get them off.
