I also wouldn’t recommend it on a first date, unless you have really kinky first dates. Speaking of which, I picked up a woman one night, and in the middle of it (one night stand), she told me to hit her. I thought she meant in play-acting, so I made a little motion of pretending to slap her alongside the cheek. She said, No, HIT her! So I actually did. She was pissed. HARDER, DAMMIT!

So I did, a couple good ones that knocked her across the bed, which she seemed to thoroughly enjoy. Probably the shortest one night stand I ever had. Not because she was weird, but because I wasn’t as turned off by it as I thought I should have been. And that factor, alone, was the REAL turn-off, so I got dressed and walked out in the middle of it.

Masochist: Whip me, beat me, make it hurt.
Sadist: No.

So which was it, was I a sadist during, or after?

How do women who enjoy something like that keep from walking around looking like perennial battered wives? I’d also start to wonder if maybe she wanted the proper marks to go to the police and start the ball rolling on a civil lawsuit. One night of pain for a big payoff may be appealing.

Another question for the spanking fans.

Do you feel there is a distinction between spanking during sex (a slap on the ass during intercourse) and spanking as foreplay (“Thank you, Sir, may I have another”)?

I just had an interesting scratching experience a few days ago. I accidentally dug my nails a bit into her back while giving my kinda new gf a squeeze. She gasped with obvious pleasure, so I dug In a little more, a few minutes more of hard scratching on her back and she has an orgasm. She knew she could do this but hadn’t felt comfortable asking, and was thrilled I figured it out on my own. I never broke skin but her back was crisscrossed with pretty angry looking red marks in the morning. It felt a little odd to me at first when I started, but seeing how much she was enjoying it made me not want to stop.

A variant is to use the pads of your fingers instead of your nails, but press down harder. On pale skin, this leaves marks that look dramatic, (If you’re into that kind of thing) but they fade very quickly. Works best on relatively flat areas, like back and thighs.

If she enjoys one type of sharp sensation, she may enjoy others. This looks like a job for _ **SCIENCE!!** _ Well, open, non-pushy conversation first. Then _ **SCIENCE!!** _ Possibly aided by clothespins.

The little Leatherworker in me was already pondering ways to make a “scratching tool”.
