Any klutz can make her own pettipants. Buy a cheap nylon slip, you know the kind of silky skirt you wear under a skirt. With your sewing machine, sew a hairpin curve in the middle. Then cut the middle open . Voila, pettipants or culottes. I used to make these as gifts .
