~sigh~ the day finally got here.

I put my house on the market. Within 2 1/2 weeks we had a firm offer on it.
We closed on that house last Wednesday.

We immediately started looking for our upgrade house.
We closed on that one today!

We’ll be moved in by the beginning of July.

Anyway, that’s mundane, pointless stuff I just had to share.

Good for you! We’re going through the final inspections this week and will probably close sometime in the next two weeks (after almost a year on the market)! I can’t wait to not own a house anymore. On the other hand, it’s gonna be odd. We’ve been in that place for 10 years. 😑 Yay. I think.

That’s how long I was in my previous house. I’ve been in the new one for 7 days now. As of last Saturday we can actually park both cars in the garage.

Hey… .we’re making progress!
