I overlooked it when you acted like an ass in one of my threads. In fact, I even poked fun back at you using the same line from the other side of the fence. This is the all-new and improved, kinder, gentler me at work. Now, you’re shitting on a prefectly good thread about Anthracite’s birthday. I won’t overlook that. Well, since **Anthracite** didn’t leap into that thread of yours to blush prettily and say “Golly gee, thank you all for wishing me a Happy Birthday, let me slice some cake for you all,” perhaps she’s one of the legions of us who doesn’t CELEBRATE her fucking birthday, and prefers to just ignore the whole deal. (Small legions, anyway.) I know if someone had the temerity to start a thread on MY fucking birthday, I would ignore the fucking thing, too, and be happy that someone like **WSBB** gave it a public finger. (Okay, I’m not speaking for either **Anthra** OR **WSBB;** possibly she’s too sodden with cake and ice cream to reply, and he’s really a meanspirited monster. The above is just from my POV.) ---

Wow. That was unnessesary. _frowns_ You know, I don’t know Una all that well. I like reading her posts, and think she’s a neat person I should go talk to some time, but I feel like the shy kid on the other side of the fence. So I didn’t post in her birthday thread. (What would I write? “Hi! You rock! Have a nice day!” She’d read it and go “Medea’s what? Didn’t they all die?” and go on. both of us would live, but a neutral experiance at best.) You should be able to share your heartfelt feelings, but you don’t shit on people outside of the Pit. Or at least that’s how I’ve thought of it, am I wrong? Did I miss a memo? ---
