# Word doc with flashing box. How to do it.

I was sent doc by email. I opened it and filled out the relevant boxes.

It was a restricted document so has the word restricted flashing in the page in 2 diff colours.

Thought it was good. I tried to save the document before sending it back and was told by a dialog box to save it as a .pod file which i did.

Now how can i get a similar flashing text on another document. Explain it to a numpty.
