Just noticed/realized that there is an ad for another game on the stat screen on Wordle. Someone even mentioned this before when it was first added, but it never really clicked for me. I do remember that original mention was about how it was well-placed and subtle, compared to how bad it could have been. I heartily agree. Kudos to the New York times for showing such restraint. ---

20 minutes ago I realized I hadn’t done today’s Wordle yet. Almost a big oops. We we’re out of town, and today we drove 300 miles to return home.
