I thought vague was the only possibility after two, and then when that didn’t work I noticed it could have also been gauge or gauze. Took a long time to see badge. Kudos to those who checked B or D or both early. I never would, and I am definitely not looking forward to the day when the answer is dodge. (Or β€˜kudos’ for that matter.) This was my 100th game, no losses so far: 1:0 2:9 3:41 4:31 5:12 6:7 3.67 average after 100. I suspect that my middle 50 (26-75) is significantly better than my first and last 25. Mainly because I’m pretty sure all seven of my 6s would be in the latter group. (I had something like four in the past three weeks, and at least one or two the first week I started playing.) ---

Probably wouldn’t have mattered. After 2 I could see twist, misty, musty, and then realized that last one is possibly an \_USTY (BDGLMR) trap, and I had only eliminated M and R. A couple of those are borderline, though; not 100% they’re in the answer list. As is common, the actual answer was none of the words I saw. And thankfully no trap. I’ll happily take the safe 4. ---
