Wordle 360 3/6 ⬜⬜🟨🟩🟨 🟨🟨⬜🟩⬜ 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩 SLANT TAWNY ATONE Using the same starter as RTFirefly, I focused on the last letter; pairing with N it seemed possible it could easily be a D, E, G, or Y. O was also possible but less likely to be standard English. For some reason the Y appealed to me, so I ended up with a 3. ---

#361 5/6 Weird Al captures my feelings today: _Don’t know what I was thinkin’ of,_ _guess I just wasn’t too bright_ -I Lost On _Jeopardy!_ Did my usual opening ‘don’t have enough info to guess intelligently yet’ trio of SLANT, CHORE, DUMPY which got me 4 letters, and after looking at all the valid combinations, PRIMO (the solution!) was the only thing that came to mind. And I was having exactly the same thought about it as Terminus Est: _this damn thing isn’t even a word!_ But I was typing it in anyway as my fourth try, and as I get to the last letter, I go “wait, PRIMP is an actual _word!_” And so I type that P in the last spot and hit Enter before I remember: my solution had to have an O! Where’s that head-slap emoji from the old board when I really need it? Sheesh. Maybe I’ll go play today’s Heardle to get my mind off it. ---
