Didn’t mean to disappear, but it’s been a crazy week. Since Tuesday, we’ve been in FL, trying to get my wife’s late grandmother’s house ready to sell, and of course it’s a ton of work. But on top of that, Saturday night a week ago (7/2) our A/C died, and the rest of the weekend was a scramble to deal with that. When your travel day is your most restful day in the last week…well, you get the idea. A quick summary: #380 5/6 #381 5/6 #382 forget to play, just as well, it would have kicked my ass #383 4/6 #384 3/6 #385 forgot to play, which is too bad, I’d have had a good shot at a 3 or maybe even a 2, given my starting word. But I shouldn’t complain - the breaks clearly evened out between 382 and 385. That brings me up to today: #386 3/6 SLANT CHORE BERTH On the 3rd guess, it was a choice between ETHER and the solution. Good to have a couple of 3’s in a row to make up for those back-to-back 5’s. ---
