**Wordle 395 5/6** ⬜⬜⬜🟨⬜ ⬜🟨⬜🟨⬜ 🟨🟨🟨⬜🟨 🟩🟩🟩⬜🟨 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩 STEAM LAUGH GRAIN ANGER ANGRY Well, that wasn’t fun. I almost forgot to play tonight and had to hurry through this before midnight hit. After my third word, I really struggled to find a valid word. Finally I just went with a word I knew wasn’t right (the E wasn’t valid) to see if I could find out where the letters go. I laughed when I saw what it was (same word essentially, just a different form of it). I have no idea why I wasn’t seeing the word. But at least I got it, and finished just in time too. ---

#396 4/6 SLANT CHORE TRIBE TRITE Had it down to four possibilities after the first two guesses (TRIPE and BRUTE were the other two). This was one of those situations where I could have played it safe and guaranteed a 4 (BIPPY was my play-it-safe 3rd word), or taken a shot at a 3 at the risk of a possible 5. Took the shot, wound up at 4 anyway. ---
