Wordle 443 4/6 ⬜🟨⬜⬜⬜ ⬜⬜🟩⬜⬜ ⬜🟨🟩⬜⬜ 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩 ROAST CLONE KOOKY WHOOP KOOKY was probably just as unlikely as WHOOP, but I felt like trying it. Wordle 444 2/6 ⬜⬜🟨🟩🟩 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩 SLANT TAUNT A word from the pattern β€˜\_ AUNT’ was not guaranteed to be the answer, but because so many of them came to mind, I decided to try one for Guess 2–then if it didn’t work I could try other NT-ending words with A’s. (I thought of DAUNT, GAUNT, TAUNT, and VAUNT, missing HAUNT; JAUNT had already been a Wordle answer.) Of the four β€˜taunt’ seemed most likely, so I tried it. ---

**Wordle 444 5/6** ⬜⬜⬜🟩⬜ ⬜🟩⬜🟩🟩 ⬜⬜🟩⬜⬜ ⬜🟩🟩🟩🟩 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩 SCONE PAINT DOUGH JAUNT TAUNT Saw the trap of five possible words after my second word, and I had to put down a β€œsleuth word” to narrow it down. It was not the result I hoped for, which left me with two choices (actually three…didn’t consider Vaunt, but I wouldn’t have tried that one till last), and of course I picked the wrong one. πŸ™„ ---
