I lucked out today - one letter right on the first guess (the last one) and the first word to come to mind that ended that way and didn’t use any excluded letters was right. ---

I lucked out on my first guess, getting the first two letters right. TREND TRIPE TRIBE TRICE On the third guess, there were only two words remaining that had that fourth letter, and I flipped a coin. It was wrong, otherwise I would have guessed it in three tries. ---

Wordle 457 3/6 🟨⬜⬜⬜🟨 🟩🟩🟩🟩⬜ 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩 ROAST TRICK TRICE A β€œT” and an β€œR”; might as well try words starting with TR…TRICK is worth a try… And after TRICK there was _only_ TRICE, I think. (I ran through the alphabet three times to make sure.) SO glad I wasn’t one of those having to deal with a TRI\_E trap…yikes. ---

I thought of TRICE but second-guessed myself, thinking that TRUCE was more likely. Glad to see that I wasn’t the only one who didn’t think that TRICE was a likely choice. ---

**Wordle 457 4/6** ⬜⬜🟨⬜⬜ 🟩🟩🟩🟨⬜ ⬜🟨🟨🟨⬜ 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩 MORAL TRIED BICEP TRICE Got excited when I saw three greens and one yellow on my second word…until I saw the trap. πŸ™„ I almost went with Trice for my 3rd word…was just feeling it, even though it seemed least likely (but that’d be just how Wordle rolls), but I decided to not take my chances and I went with a sleuth word. I then kicked myself for not listening to my instincts, but I’ll take the 4. ---
