After three I had BLOCK, KNOCK, FLOCK, and FROCK, so FLOCK guaranteed me a four at most. But I feel like I left a three on the table. ---

Happy to be in the 3 Club today. Wordle 576 3/6\* β¬›πŸŸ©β¬›β¬›β¬› πŸŸ¨πŸŸ©β¬›β¬›β¬› 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩 IRATE CRUSH FROCK I was really just testing letter placement and a common vowel on my third try, but it was the only word that ended in β€˜ROCK’. WordleBot later shared that BRONC was my only other available word after β€˜CRUSH’. It would have taken me forever to figure that one out! ---

Wordle 576 4/6 🟨🟨⬜⬜⬜ ⬜🟩🟩⬜⬜ 🟨🟩🟩⬜⬜ 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩 ROAST BROIL CRONY FROCK After guess 2 I had what we might call a β€œ\_RO\_ \_ trap,” so brainstormed over a dozen possibles with C, D, or F as initial letters. CRONY would eliminate a bunch of them so I went with that as guess three, just to narrow things down. I went with one of the remainders on the list, before venturing into other words with initial letters later in the alphabet–and got lucky. Yes, β€œfrock” _is_ rather old-fashioned, but then we’ve seen that in Wordle a fair amount over the months. ---
