What’s especially galling is that PLACE was the very first word I came up with after SLAKE, so I could have had it in three. But nooOOOOooo, I had to psych myself into making it more complicated. Must have had burning it all down on my mind. Or I was distracted by the SCOTUS hearing this morning. Yeah. That’s it!

I played #964 very early this morning, but we were in Death Valley with poor connectivity. Fortunately I could play the game, but oddly, SDMB took eons to load and it never did load.

We are home now. A looong night’s drive. We just got home and I am beat.
