Given that I only had one yellow after 2, happy to get the 4.

I have two standard third guesses when I get that far knowing practically nothing. The other one is GIMPY. I’m glad I went with the one I did this morning.

After the opening whiff, I wanted the remaining vowels and some more comcons. LINUS was not a valid guess. Good grief! The dog next door is named LUPIN, so I gave that a shot, and it worked!  
After that, I had told myself not to rely on the used words list so much. I resisted temptation, gritted my teeth, and trusted the B. And the fates were on my side! Fun birdie.
