Scoredle doesn’t seem to do the same thing for everyone. For me, it always uses SLATE as its starting word. And in this case, it showed me that it got a 3 with SCION being its second guess. ---

Oh, Scoredle does use SLATE to start. What I do, to compare myself to Scoredle, is start it off with my daily start word (the solution from the previous day), then pick each of its recommendations at each next step. It’s interesting to see the algorithm go to work in situations that are less than optimal. ---
