At least, I got a rarer consonant off the bat. Is it at the start? > _F_O **A** L_S_ β†’ Nope. But a placed A and an S are nothing to sneeze at. Hmmm, S?AF?, SNAFU? Or, if I double up on the F, Scoredle-style, it could be > **S** _T_ **AF** F β†’ But it wasn’t. It is, however, > **SHAFT** > Damn right! Scoredle also finishes in four, and doubles up on consonants on each intermediate step. I prefer my second guess, but it saves with a great chip shot for a tap-in, so honors shared on this one. ---
