I would be the next vowel to try, which means I’ll have to trust the B > B **OR** I_C_ β†’ The B didn’t work and I didn’t place the C. It seems to be a one vowel word, which means ?ORCH, which means > **PORCH** > > Oddly, Scoredle takes five from my start, largely because it doesn’t ID the 4th letter on its second guess. So my second guess was pretty lucky on the whole. ---

I’ve played 910 games, and my current streak is 457 (since #675, JOKER - the joke was on me!), so since Monday, more than half the times I’ve played have been in the current streak. I’d hate to lose that streak. I’m not too worried that I might blow my streak by forgetting to play: the last time I missed a game was Wordle #390 (the solution was LIVER). So I’ve played the last 742 days in a row, or since July 15, 2022. I think my Wordle habit’s pretty well established at this point. ---
