Wordle 1,608 3/6 ⬜⬜⬜🟨🟩 🟩⬜🟨⬜🟩 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩 SLATE TRIBE TINGE After #1, 20 words occurred to me as fitting. All but two of them (Untie, Mitre) began with T; 8 of those with TR. Of these 13 were already used and 4 (Trine, Trike, Tinge, Mitre) weren’t Wardle words. Possibilities were Tribe, Truce and Tepee. Normally it’s best to ask a “sleuth word” at #2, eliminating 5 or 4 more letters, but I gambled and repeated the T & E. So I asked Tribe expecting an Eagle or Birdie. Ouch, #2 eliminated all three possibilities! Without further ado, I gambled that NYT had used TWO non-Wardle words in a row! ---
