Wordle 1,679 3/6 FRIDAY ⬜⬜🟨⬜⬜ ⬜🟨⬜🟨⬜ 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩 SLATE GRIND BARON I came up with seven words, but Rowan and Narco aren’t Wardle words. Rayon, Apron, Manor, Ranch were already used, leaving only Baron. Scordle shows me I overlooked Acorn (which was already used anyway). ---

Of course, the fact that with my third guess I went with a bogus word at 41/46 rather than the Scordle-recommended actual solution has to count against me - chalk it up to my WoFcon obsession, Scoredle’s second guess is an anagram of mine, but better, as it is left with 10 possibles, only two valid ones, and it sinks the 50-50 for a birdie. ---
