The followup guess for Scoredle was an anagram of my own, at which point it sought out the trap but had very bad luck, guessing the answer with its last out of 3 for a bogey. ---

Scoredle’s own guesses make par - it also tries to double up successfully on the second word, but misses the key WoFcon and needs another guess to take it to a (valid) tap-in.
