Scoredle’s followup, largely an attempt to place the E, leaves it with 16 possibles (7 valid), but its next guess places that less-common first letter, and seals a tap-in par. ---

I see a couple more with possibilities > **WISPY** > > Guess ratings per Scoredle are 24/1840, 1/26, 2/4 and 2/3 for the solve. There were two bogus possibles after the third guess; in my stead, Scoredle would make the correct guess for par but miss on the guess for bogey. So a rather odd solve, but I do like the implied skill ratings. On its own, Scoredle suffers for its near-anagram followup; it makes the same placement guess on three, then - out of a trap of three possibles - guesses each of the wrong ones first, ending with a double-bogey six. ---
