I use Microsoft Wordpad running Windows 95 quite a bit. I can change the forts for each document I type, but do not seem to be able to set the default font. Anyone know how to do this?

I have never found anything that led me to believe you could change that. However, you could save a blank document with the font of the paragraph marker changed to what you want, and then change your WordPad shortcut to open the program with that document active. Be sure to make it read-only so you don’t save over it.

The short answer is that you can’t change the default font, the long answer is you can work around it by doing [this](http://members.aol.com/mswebbie/wordpad.htm) .
