# Words that begin and end with the same letter

For those counting, that is:

11,404 Words start with the same letter it ended with. This is out of 168,411 words in the Scrabble program I used.

6.77% of the words in the English language (between 1-15 letters long) match these parameters.

If nothing else, I am thorough! 🙂

Thorough is hardly the \*word \* for it!! Golly, man, do you every do anything \* else?? \*  
I thought of three rather far-fetched: “unimpromptu,” “Viv” (a girl’s name) and “zizz.”
