I just read someone’s recipe that used “burrito skins.” I googled the phrase and found 355 references. Among the first few were a First-Person Shooter team containing Burrito Skin and Forskinikus, and a post about something like, “I guess I’m just a Southern gal . . . I like to taste my burrito skin.” Now THAT’s dirty! Daniel ---
