Not in the Dope, but because of it, I’ve just learned what ringworm is. In the Dope, several cooking-related words, but the only one I can remember right now is “basting”. ---

A phrase more than a word, but the term “Mormon prom date”, while making perfect sense to me, was nonetheless not in my vocabulary before today. And now I won’t be able to stop using it! Thanks to Sampiro for that, though I can’t seem to be able to link directly to it and not the whole post. \ However, if you google ‘mormon prom date definition’, his post comes right up! I love the Dope. \<3 ---
