# Work-from-homers, retirees, etc., what are your signs that you need to shape up and get out more?

It means the difference between having a rapid recovery and having it drag out over many months, which is incentive enough.

I’m married, and have two dogs. My wife still goes to the ‘office’, I work from home. It is nice to have my furry friends about. They like it too. They always get a scritch or two when I walk by.
