It does some likely that some kind of planetary currency would have to be a least as politically and culturally sensitive as the euro; there’s the whole “graven images” thing for conservative Muslims, along with the whole “one person’s hero is another person’s villain” thing for everyone else. So, abstract designs would probably be the way to go–Telperion’s inventions idea would be pretty nifty.
They ate trying to make a world currencuy. This has been on going for years. The oprigional bretton woods agreement created the world monetary fund as phase one of this plan.

Then it collapsed due to its inherent instability. Even the Euro is having stability troubles right now, because the economies of the eurozone aren’t integrated enough to have a single monetary policy that suits the needs of each individual member nation. It’s causing real problems and proving the euroskeptics completely right, with some suggesting that the Euro might break up.
There’s no chance in seven hells we’d move to a world currency, when we can’t even integrate a single continent.

No that is not true. There is a thing called the Bilderburg group and they get the people who run all the stuff and they meet and control how things will go.
