# World of Warcraft display question

On my World of Warcraft account, whenever something appears in my chat channels – an achievement for example, a piece of gear, or even someone’s name – when I click it nothing happens. I can’t invite people to groups or private (whisper) them, I can’t get a little preview of the achievement/gear, etc. How do I fix this? Thanks.
