A good possibility. I’ve long thought DEHTA could use some good therapy…their obsession with poor old Hemet is just a _touch_ excessive. When you go putting statues of your sworn enemies up in your camps… ETA: Of course, I speak as one who just last night earned “The Snows of Northrend”, so I may be a little biased right now. ---

I wish you could keep freeing trapped baby mammoths after that storyline is over. ☹ That’s second in line behind my wish that the “rescue the baby murlocs” quest north of there was a daily quest! They are tooooo cute. ---

You might see a pally healer whacking on a mob – but it’s not for dps, it’s to generate mana. I once had a tank scold me for that. Oh and BTW, grats on your hunter finishing the dungeon! I actually had a tank drop out of Scarlet Monastery Cathedral last week and the hunter’s pet tanked everything up to just before the final boss, when another tank finally joined the group. ---

I really wish there were some way you could prevent them from doing it. (FYI, if you’re having a real problem with someone, there’s a way to boot them from the group. Right-click their portrait, and you’ll find an option that’s something like, “Intiate vote to kick.” Note that you can’t kick (a) during the first 15 minutes (i.e., when you still have your random dungeon debuff); (b) during or shortly after combat; or (c) during a loot roll. But it will give you error messages for those. And anytime I do that baby Murloc quest, my friends all make fun of me for constantly squealing with glee on Vent. 😃 ---

Well, at that level, you could conceivably have a Feral Druid queue as a healer, in which case if they were going to DPS, they’d want to do it in bear form. You don’t get cat until 20 or so. ---

The “hello, my honey” dancing murloc quest out of there is pretty damned funny, as well. ---

Every time I get that one, I can be counted on to announce in guild chat that I really wish they’d just make it a daily and get it over with. I would fly out to Borean almost every day just to get to do it! My other favorite “wish they’d make it a daily” quest (on the other end of the spectrum) is the one in Sholazar where you get to poke baby apes with sticks and make them squeal until their mama shows up and you kill her. Not that I particularly want to kill mama, but poking the little ones with sticks too much fun! (Can you tell I’m not a big monkey/ape fan?) 🙂 ---

Well, Hemet has to some degree amended his ways, as well; compare the body count required for his Northrend quests to what he was asking for in Outland. ---

I did not know that - my last couple characters to level through Outland I’ve basically just done Hellfire Peninsula and then done the rest of my levelling in instances. ---

I mostly played my belf warlock, Hexpot, yesterday, and got her to level 20. Yay, fiery horsey! I’m starting to get really annoyed with my voidwalker, though - he always manages to “walk” right on top of the corpses just as I’m clicking to loot them :mad: I mentioned this in guild chat, and also mentioned that my hunter pets don’t do that, and somebody reasonably explained that a hunter’s pet _likes_ the hunter, whereas a demon minion _hates_ you. Also, I’m perturbed that I can’t name him myself (that “Hukthang” name really sucks, ya know), but I suppose since he’s a summoned demon, not a trained pet, it makes sense that he already has a name when he shows up. I’ve also discovered that voidwalkers seem particularly vulnerable to magic. He was getting shredded by spellcasting mobs. I also played my troll mage a bit, and bumped 75/75 on his Herbalism, and then had an honest-to-goodness ROTFLMAO moment when I asked a grunt in Org for directions to the Herbalism trainer. I don’t know if they all always say this when giving directions to the trainer, or if it was just this particular grunt, or just when it’s a troll player doing the asking, but she said: “Ya man, you be wantin Jandi’s Arboretum. Did I just say that? Glok’tar I must be tired!” 😃 While playing these lowbie toons, I realized something that I hadn’t really thought about before. I noticed that, when you turn in these low-level quests, the questgivers kind of go over the top with the praise, telling you how powerful you are and how much potential you have to become a great hero, and what a name you’re making for yourself, etc. And I realized that kind of talk really tapers off as you get to higher levels. I’m going to guess that this is a deliberate design decision, stroking the player’s ego during those low levels when they really _aren’t_ powerful yet, to help prevent players from getting discouraged and stopping playing. Clever. ---
