After reading some of these travel agent horror stories all I can say is:

Makes me want to send flowers to my wonderful travel agents. They’re the best. I tell them where I want to go and for how long and I get plane tickets, hotel and car reservations, reservations at restaurants if I want, tickets to shows or other events, you name it they get it. I love you Julie and David!
