No, because he didn’t have a large visible glob of pine tar on his pitching hand. I do hear that Illich has started an investigation into the case of his disappearing bats.

Well, whatever else you want to say about Kenny Rogers, he is a good fielder—which is more than you can say for the rest of the Tigers pitching staff.
