Someone had to say it. I’m glad I’m not the only person thinking this whole thread has a distinctly odd smell to it.

No it wasn’t. The _only_ fast way to remedy the situation was to _call the cops_, which you did _eventually_. The fake email was entirely unnecessary, from what I can tell.

It seems the only reason to contact her was to get her information and put her picture up in this thread. That’s just bizarre on so many levels.
