Once it shifted to Jerry being in charge, the Cowboys made absurd decisions like taking Kavika Pittman and Ebenezer Ekuban (who?) as their first picks, passing on Randy Moss, sending two first-rounders to Seattle for Galloway, failing to draft an heir to Aikman in time, etc.
