Oh, and my vote for the OP: canned Schlitz. It has this horrible metallic tang. It’s one of only two beers (along with Mickey’s malt liquor) which have made me do a spit take. ---

Can cider be included in this thread? 'Cos the worst thing I’ve ever drunk came from a little apple farm in **Somerset,** England where the guvner had a barnhouse brewery happening. Now I can drink just about anything, and a lot of it too. But this stuff was truly rank: I’d had such high hopes of getting a _genyoowine_ dinkum cider that I was literally crushed with the disappointment. Had to head to the nearest pub to wash the nasty out of my mouth. 😃 Oh btw, the worst Cornish Pastie I’ve ever had the displeasure of eating came from Cornwall. 😛 ---
