Ha Ha! That was my dumb act…and you fell for it! You thought that I was confused! I’m a Merry Christmas trickster, is what I am! Of course, I knew it was the version of IAWL…but, I was playing like I didn’t know what I was talking about! I was acting!!! hahaha.

Man, you need to read a little more about [Shep](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jean_Shepherd). I can understand someone not liking _A Christmas Story_, but I can assure you it is absolutely not “faux nostalgia” and “inauthentic”.

If TV specials count, then ALF’s Special Christmas. Just too damn depressing.
