I think it’s an East Coast thing, as I’ve only heard of 3 of them & I understand that it’s uncommon for to have paying passengers at festivals in the Midwest. ---

That actually sounds really fun… especially since you really can’t control where you will land (well, other than somewhere in your flight path). ---
