Funny. I had to see a doctor right away and the hospital I use makes it much harder if you are seeing a new doctor for the first time (video, intake questionnaire, etc.) and my other doctor didn’t have an available appointment time for a month. I actually went to him to ask for a particular diagnostic test (which he isn’t authorized to authorize, anyway, making the trip a complete waste of time and I had a co-pay.)

He sucked the last time you saw him yet you did nothing to find a new doc between then and now? Again, excellent decision making skills.

So you come in self diagnosing, the physician is believing you, you changed your mind and try to back tracked? I am sure he is sick of people coming in, “knowing” what is wrong with themselves and just wanting the drugs. Guess he was skipping to the inevitable end of the visit to save time.

When I got a new GP I just had to fill out a form so they had my address and any known allergies and/or medical conditions. What’s the video for?

I don’t remember. I think it was about hospital policies and procedures, maybe something to do with HIPAA, I wasn’t really paying attention. Supposedly they make you watch it if you haven’t been there within a year.
