Okay. I want in on an observation tower at a prudent distance. But there should also be open bleachers right across the street, for those who don’t have a clue what “prudent” means. ~VOW ---

Can I get space on floors 11-19 for my 10 story bungee jump attraction? I’ll also need space for hydrogen tanks for my Zeppilin refueling enterprise. What floor isn’t important, I’ll just run hoses to the roof. ---

Is there room on the 51st floor for my Tesla coil shop, hopefully next to the gas station? The showroom will have four or five coils constantly sparking, which looks really cool. ---
