# Worst Tasting/Least Favorite Breakfast Cereal

Melt some butter in a skillet. Heat cheerios in butter. It’s kinda like popcorn. And of course, they’re great in Chex mix.

As soon as I saw the thread title, I knew that Grape Nuts would be a leading contender.

Although I’ve been known to eat it straight with cold milk and sugar, here’s the way I’ve eaten it for the last decade or two: with cold milk and raisins. Lots of raisins. The sweetness and softness of the raisins contrasts nicely with the crunchiness of the cereal.

I don’t expect to convert any hard-core G-N haters, but if even one person tries it and likes it, my work here is done.

I don’t use much sugar anymore, even. Mmmmmmmmm grape-nuts.

I just re-read the thread from Day One, and noticed an awful lot of Apple Jacks hate. It made me wonder: does the Kellogg Corporation still forbid the sale of them to bullies? ‘Cos I could get behind that.
