The Syrians and Egyptians are killing each other (meaning the Syrians are killing fellow Syrians and the Egyptians are killing fellow Egyptians), and I don’t think their reason is “oil”. Same goes for when the Lybians were doing it.
That might create peace.
Sure it can, but if you think it can’t be stopped (as your question seems to imply), then just sit back and let the free market do the rest. No need for .gov subsidies or new laws, if it’s really an unstoppable force.
