# Would a real life "Truman Show" be legal?

I think it would be easy enough to find a country which doesn’t have a pesky bill of rights to film this show in.

I read an article recently about [the next German Big Brother](http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/entertainment/tv_and_radio/4318943.stm), which does not have an end date. In the article I read (which I have not found) it said that any woman who became pregnant would have to leave, as a child could not be born into the show.
