Meh. In a clear, non-Trump infested playing field, Pompeo would hardly register with the base. DeSantis is the one who has the advantage in that situation.

In a 2024 GOP primary playground where DJT _is_ a candidate? Pompeo would be squashed like a bug.

IOW, no way Pompeo has a remote chance of getting the GOP nomination.
