I don’t like this idea at all, mostly because I don’t like Schwartzenegger. I would expect to see a poster of a woman in a bikini or a favorite band in a young man’s apartment. ---

Arnold poster = closeted gay guy, actual gay guy, or bodybuilder. NONE of those things is a turn-on for a heterosexual female. Female pin-up posters indicate other negative traits, as do desktop backgrounds of naked women. You should probably stick with actual art, or tv show/movie posters. Avoid posters that prominently feature large bodybuilding males, scantily-clad females, or references to gaming and/or esoteric nerdy interests like Star Wars and Doctor Who. Drug posters are probably okay too, if you’re not worried about scaring off the straight-edge crowd. ---

I dunno about “creeped out”… but if I were a college girl again and visited a guy’s room, and saw that, he’d be mentally moved from the “ooh la la” short list to the “Faaaaaabulous Buddy” list, if you know what I mean. ---
