I’ve been away from the board for a while, and my posting instincts are rusty. I am sorry. To paraphrase what I wrote to **Diogenes** , there were plenty of more substantive criticisms for me to level at oyur argument without resorting to personal insult. ---

Then for that, you also hav my acceptance, though I never felt you crossed the line to personal insult. This subject is pretty much guaranteed to inflame pasionate outrage from all sides of the debate - which is pretty much exactly the reason why I see no benefit to phrasing a question in such terms as part of the only chance many of us will ever get to see Sarah Palin discuss her beliefs and positions in an unscripted forum. ---
