Well apparently you can be born with four eyes and two mouths.
Three eyes are possible as well. I have no idea if any or all would be functional.

My Mom had a pair of eyes in the back of her head.
Now, Retief, that’s not a very diplomatic thing to say. We are differently-optically-abled.
I’m completely blind in the right eye from birth. The nerve endings didn’t connect according to an optometrist my parents went to.
It doesn’t affect me much for everyday things but depth perception intensive things like baseball are not things I’m good at, plus I have to turn my head a lot more.
Overall my brain just adapted to one good eye I think.
