# Would Trump be allowed to take office if he wins the election?

Yup. It’s right up there with “It’s Obama’s fault that the Republicans declared on day 1 of his administration that they would block everything he did, because if he was a better leader they wouldn’t have done that” and “Obama is divisive because we hate him”.
